Our trip was magical and exceptional in every way possible! Louise was prompt in responding from the very beginning. She surprised us with a quick and easy-to-read itinerary based on her recommendations! But she was open to changing things … More if we wanted things rearranged or different. The communication between her and the local tour companies and hotels was outstanding! Our flight was delayed by almost 5 hours but she had already communicated with the respected hotel. I hardly had to message her during our stay in Belize since everything was done so well! The hotel staff knew our itinerary and they would arrange check-in/check-out, transportation times, needs, etc. The tour companies’ guides we were booked with were incredibly hospitable and made us laugh along the way!We loved that we were able to spend half the time in the jungle by San Ignacio and at San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye during our one-week stay.Louise got us a complimentary bottle of champagne on one of our private, romantic dinners with a beachfront view as the moon rose and lit the water right by our table! It was so nice of her to do that!We ended up making lifetime friends in one of the catamaran sail tours and met in the evening for some drinks at the sunset bar!Since we went during off-seasons, most of the tours we went on were private and only my husband and I were in them. That was awesome!All in all, Louise did a remarkable job! We did not have to wonder about pick-ups, set-ups, next steps, etc. since she took care of everything! Well worth the money spent and it made for a relaxing trip for our honeymoon. Would highly recommend her for all your travel plans in Belize.
